Chilean Canadian telecommunications company 416 Services Inc. received their Ontario operating license from the Canadian Radio-Television Commission, officially making them a registered telecommunications provider with the CRTC.
Before an organization can offer or provide customers with telecommunications services in Canada, it must register with the CRTC. Attaining this license is an essential milestone for 416 Services Inc. as they continue their growth from Latin America to the Canadian market.
416 Services Inc. brought its vision of expanding to North America, leveraging more than six years of experience across five Latin American countries. They provide connectivity solutions for customers in the retail sector and other SMEs. In this highly competitive market, they offer various alternatives, including fast internet connection, security services, state-of-the-art equipment, and soon 5G services, flexible to the user needs and business location.
Meanwhile, the company has been in the final stages of its pilot project and will soon launch its platform in the market. As they prepare for the launch of their platform, they also are on the verge of closing an operating contract with a U.S. telecommunications company, providing another opportunity to extend their reach and grow their presence in North America.
When asked what was next for 416 Services Inc., Pedro Quezada and the team shared, “We’re considering a strong investment in fiber infrastructure in order to move from a resale model to our own infrastructure, increasing the value of the company and flexibility in the offer to the end customer.”
